Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Mishra Infotech provides IT services including web development, AI automation, e-commerce solutions, SEO & growth marketing, and custom business tools. Specific terms for individual projects are outlined in separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our pre-existing materials, methodologies, and tools. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon deliverables and associated rights as specified in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary access, content, and approvals
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mishra Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
